Duro-Last has been installing the World’s Best Roof throughout the region for decades

Below are some of the customers we have had the pleasure of helping

College Ice Rink - Colorado Springs, CO

The above college in Colorado Springs needed a new roof on their Ice Rink. The upper roof of the rink had a concrete deck and was barrel shaped. We were able to offer them a fully adhered, white membrane roof. This allowed them to not have to fasten into the concrete and therefore avoid damaging the concrete deck and causing damage to the interior of the arena. We even managed to adhere a coverboard over the barrels for a Class III Hail Rating!

There was also a lower roof that had a lot of foot traffic going by at all times of the day. They wanted a more visually appealing roofing solution that still maintained the watertight performance of the Duro-Last System. We were able to work with LiveRoof to give them a green roofing solution, above their Duro-Last membrane, that showed their care for the environment and was nicer to look at for the students and staff walking by.

Roofing Insulation Plant - Denver, CO

This roofing insulation plant near Denver, Colorado had a major rain event a couple of years back. Because of some major ponding water on the existing roofing system, they ended up having their roof cave in in the middle of the night! We were able to help get them a quick and lighter weight roofing system that also had a great tapered insulation system to prevent ponding in the future. Their roof is now lighter, moves water quicker and more efficiently, and is more energy efficient!

Self Storage Facility - Windsor, CO

The standing seam metal roofing system that was present at this self storage facility was having some issues that needed to be addressed. Their storage space is their livelihood so leaking was not an option, but new metal roofing can be expensive and leaving the roof of the storage units open, for any amount of time, can be a huge liability for someone in this industry. One of our certified Duro-Last contractors was able to solve this issue by adhering a brand new membrane roof over top of the existing standing seam metal roof. We were able to fill in the flutes of the metal with adhered EPS foam, add 1/2” coverboard over the top for a hail rating, and adhere the Duro-Last PVC sheet on top of that for water tightness and added reflectivity. All without ever having to open the storage units to open air!
